1. Description: 

Urea for Adblue/SCR Agricultural/Automotive Grade

 Agricultural Urea

It is one kind of neutral fertilizer, which can be used in long time without any harmful material in soil. Usually it can be used both for base and top dressing fertilizer in agriculture. urea contains prilled urea and granular urea .
Prilled urea : gas based and coal based ; coated and uncoated; agriculture and industry grade
Granular urea : Can be used in agriculture and producing BB fertilizer and sulfur coated urea.

• Total nitrogen (N) mass fraction: Premium grade ≥ 46%, Qualified grade ≥ 45%.
• Biuret content: Premium grade ≤ 0.9%, Qualified grade ≤ 1.5%.
• Moisture content: Premium grade ≤ 0.5%, Qualified grade ≤ 1.0%.
• Methylene diurea (calculated as HCHO) mass fraction: ≤ 0.6% .
• Granularity: For any one of the four ranges of 0.85mm - 2.80mm, 1.18mm - 3.35mm, 2.00mm - 4.75mm, 4.00mm - 8.00mm, ≥ 93% (Premium grade) or ≥ 90% (Qualified grade).

 

Automotive urea

It's granules are a high-purity solid urea product specifically designed for the production of die-sel exhaust fluid (DEF), also known as AdBlue. DEF is a critical component in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems of die-sel vehicles, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from die-sel engines to meet increasingly stringent global environmental regulations. Our automotive urea granules are manufactured using advanced production processes, ensuring their purity and quality meet international standards, making them an ideal raw material for producing high-quality DEF.

• Urea concentration (mass fraction) : 32.5%, with an allowable range of 31.8% to 33.2%.
• Density (at 20°C) : 1087.0 to 1093.0 kg/m³ (i.e., 1.0870 to 1.0930 g/cm³).
• Moisture content : 0.3% to 1.0%.
• Total nitrogen content (on dry basis) : Greater than 46.3%.
• Impurity limits (example) : Chlorides ≤ 0.2 mg/kg, Aldehydes ≤ 5 mg/kg (there are other impurity limits as per the standard for various contaminants).
